If your browser's security settings are set to "High", you will not be able to respond to our surveys. Under the Tools menu choose “Internet Options” and click on the tab labeled "Security". Change this to "Normal".
How do I know that I have a survey to take part in?
You will receive an email from us with a web link when we want you to take part in a survey. The email will tell you how long each survey is active. Clicking on the link will take you directly to the survey, where you can answer the questions.
I am not taken directly to the survey or the link does not work.
If the link is broken, you can copy it and paste it into your browser or go to www.ramember.com and log in using your login info.
What happens if I don't have time to respond to the survey?
Surveys are only active for a limited period of time. Once that window has expired the survey is closed and you cannot take part in that particular survey.
Each of our clients has their own reward system. You can review the reward system for your media once you log in to the system i.e. RAM panel member website.
How do I change my e-mail address or other information?
Go in to www.ramember.com, log in and click on the heading "My Profile". You can change your contact details here.
What if I no longer want to be involved in the panel?
Go in to www.ramember.com, log in and click on the heading "My Profile". At the bottom of the page you will find an option where you can opt-out of future participation.
Can I take part in multiple panels?
You can take part in up to five panels if you read and follow multiple publications. However, when registering, it is important that your user name is different for each panel. You could, for example, use a capital letter or add a number, so that the system logs the user name as new. Your password can stay the same.
How do I change the language on the RAM pages?
You can change the site language on www.ramember.com in the language switcher module at the upper right corner of the site.
Before logging in to the system (RAM panel member website) from www.ramember.com you can change the system language in the language switcher module in the log in area.
What do I do if there appears to be a technical error in the survey or something that can't be answered?
If any part of the RAM system is not working an error message is automatically sent to the system administrator. We try to fix all errors as quickly as we can. If the error is still there when you start the next survey, please notify us.
Is participation anonymous?
Yes. RAM will only use any personal data in conjunction with RAM surveys. RAM will not disclose personal information to any third party. Panel members are anonymous so results from a survey can never be traced back to you.
